I saw what wasn't working.
As a choreographer working across multiple studios, I saw the same problems everywhere — directors drowning in admin, parents confused about invoices, staff clocking in on paper, and substitutions communicated over chaotic text threads.
The tools that existed were too expensive, too generic, or built by people who'd never set foot in a studio. So I combined my two worlds — dance and software engineering — and built Tempo, the platform studios actually deserve.
Founding members don't get a finished product off a shelf — they get me, directly, making sure Tempo fits how your studio actually runs.
